With reference to your Application and Subsequent Interview held with the selection Committee. The Company is pleased to offer you an Internship with Thesis Eduventures Pvt. Ltd. for a period ranging from 1 Week to 6 Months, as per Course Opted for, and reporting to Internship Manager, at Training Division of Thesis, Jamshedpur Branch.

During the period of Internship the candidates day to day responsibilities for Various Posts include :

Business Development Executive

  1. Learning Lead generation and management.

  2. Learning Pre-Admission counseling.

  3. Learning telephonic counseling and following up for sales, which includes visiting parents, scheduling appointments and holding career based seminars.

  4. Learning Fee Structures, Courses and Program Available.

 

Marketing Executive

  1. Engaging in telecalling and following up for sales

  2. Working on lead generation & management

  3. Engaging in pre-admission counseling

Customer Relationship Executive

  1. Building Relation with Customers and Engaging in Admission Process.

  2. Visiting Parents and Engaging in pre-admission counseling.

  3. Telephonic Counseling and following up for sales, which includes visiting Parents, scheduling appointments and holding career based seminars.

 

Tele Sales Executive

  1. Working on Tele calling, lead generation & management

  2. Engaging in telephonic counseling

  3. following up for sales, which includes visiting Parents, scheduling appointments and holding career based seminars.

Field Sales Executive

  1. Working on lead generation & management

  2. Engaging in pre-admission counseling

  3. Engaging in telephonic Counseling and following up for sales, which includes visiting Parents, scheduling appointments and holding career based seminars.

Social Media Marketing

  1. Working on advertisement designing for various social media platforms

  2. Handling content writing on Quora and other SEO building platforms

  3. Blogging on thesis official website

Human Resource Management

  1. Fulfilling the HR requirements of the company

  2. Working on add posting, recruiting and management

  3. Hosting internship programs

You should be aware that your training with the Company constitutes "at‐will" training. This means that your training relationship with the Company may be terminated at any time with or without notice, with or without good cause or for any or no cause, at either party's option. No Stipend will be paid to the Intern during his/her tenure of Internship. Employment after Internship is subject to performance of the Trainee and decision of the Company.

While hereunder, you will be entitled to participate in the Trainee benefit plans maintained by the Company, if any. You agree to enter into the Company's Proprietary Information and Invention Assignment Agreement upon commencing training hereunder.
