  • Tinplate Computer Training Center invites proposals from qualified software development companies or independent developers for the design and development of a SIM-Based Auto Dialer Web and Mobile Application. The project aims to streamline telecalling operations through automation, real-time data synchronization, performance monitoring, and attendance management.

    The system should consist of two core components:

    • Web Application (Admin & Management Portal)

    • Mobile Application (Telecaller Interface)

    The purpose of this application is to optimize telecalling workflows, reduce manual data transfer, automate call initiation, manage caller attendance, and capture call feedback seamlessly. The reference product for this project is Callyzer; however, the final system should be developed with original code and customized features as outlined below.

    Project Objectives:

    • Develop a SIM-based auto dialer that initiates and manages outbound calls automatically.

    • Create a centralized web platform for administrators to upload, assign, and monitor telecalling data.

    • Enable real-time synchronization between the web and mobile application using secure APIs.

    • Implement automated attendance calculation based on calling activity and working hours.

    • Integrate a mandatory feedback form system after every completed call to collect structured responses.

    • Ensure the mobile app functions as a default calling application, displaying caller details and managing call logs within the app.

    • Provide analytics and reporting tools for performance monitoring and operational insights.

    Scope of Work:

    1. Web Application Development (Admin Portal)

    • Secure role-based login system for Admin, Manager, and Telecallers.

    • Upload telecalling data through Excel/CSV files.

    • Assign leads to telecallers individually or in batches.

    • Real-time dashboard showing active users, call status, and daily performance.

    • Attendance reports based on working hours and call activity.

    • Comprehensive feedback analysis and reporting tools.

    • Export functionality for reports in Excel and PDF formats.

    2. Mobile Application Development (Telecaller App)

    • Secure login system for telecallers.

    • Automatic lead synchronization from the web portal.

    • SIM-based auto-dialer that calls numbers automatically.

    • Post-call mandatory feedback form with structured fields.

    • Automatic dialing of next contact after feedback submission.

    • App to function as the default calling interface, showing customer details during call.

    • Offline data storage with automatic online sync.

    • Attendance tracking based on login time and call activity.

    Technical Requirements:

    • Backend: Node.js / Django / Laravel

    • Frontend: React / Angular

    • Mobile: Android (Kotlin / Flutter)

    • Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL

    • APIs: Secure REST APIs with JSON

    • Security: SSL encryption, secure authentication (JWT)

    Intellectual Property Rights:

    All rights to the software, source code, and related materials shall belong to Tinplate Computer Training Center after successful completion and payment.
