    1. Project Overview

    Tinplate Computer Training Center invites proposals for the design and development of a SIM-Based Auto-Calling Mobile Application with Voice Broadcast Feature. This project aims to automate outbound calling operations and enable bulk voice messaging using SIM-based mobile communication, without relying on internet-based calling.

    The application will be used for marketing, notifications, reminders, training calls, and information broadcasting. The system should work using the mobile device’s SIM card and function as a smart, automated dialer with integrated voice broadcast capabilities.

    2. Project Objectives

    The main objectives of this project are:

    • To develop a SIM-based auto-calling system for automated outbound calls.

    • To implement a voice broadcasting feature to deliver pre-recorded messages to large contact lists.

    • To create a user-friendly admin and mobile interface for managing contacts and campaigns.

    • To allow scheduling of calls and broadcasts.

    • To enable detailed analytics and reporting of call and broadcast performance.

    3. Scope of Work

    A. Mobile Application Features

    • User Authentication

      • Secure login and registration system.

      • Role-based access control (Admin/User).

    • Contact Management

      • Import contacts through CSV/Excel files.

      • Manual contact entry and editing.

    • SIM-Based Auto Calling

      • Automatic dialing of contact numbers using the device SIM.

      • Sequential and batch calling modes.

      • Call retry logic for unanswered or busy numbers.

    • Voice Broadcast Module

      • Upload or record audio messages inside the app.

      • Broadcast voice messages automatically to multiple contacts.

      • Configurable delay between calls.

    • Call Scheduling

      • Schedule call campaigns by date and time.

      • Set priority and sequence of contact lists.

    • Call Log Management

      • Automatic saving of call duration, status, and timestamps.

      • History of completed and pending calls.

    • Dashboard

      • Live campaign progress.

      • Success, failure, busy, and unanswered call statistics.

    B. Web/Admin Panel (Optional but Preferred)

    • Campaign Management

      • Create and manage call/broadcast campaigns.
