1. Project Overview

Tinplate Computer Training Center invites proposals for the design and development of a Field Force Management Web and Mobile Application. The objective of this project is to help organizations manage, monitor, and optimize the performance of their field employees such as sales executives, service engineers, surveyors, and delivery staff.

The proposed system will provide real-time tracking, task assignment, attendance automation, and performance reporting through an integrated web-based admin panel and mobile application.

2. Project Objectives

The main objectives of this project are:

• To create a centralized system to manage field staff activities.

• To enable real-time GPS tracking of field employees.

• To automate attendance based on location and working hours.

• To streamline task assignment and reporting processes.

• To improve productivity and transparency through analytics and reporting tools.

• To provide mobile-friendly tools for easy field reporting.

A. Web Application (Admin Panel)

• User Management

  • Create and manage employee profiles.

• Task Management

  • Create tasks, routes, and schedules.

  • Assign tasks to field staff.

• Live GPS Tracking

  • Real-time map-based tracking of field staff.

  • View movement history and route playback.

• Attendance Management

  • Auto attendance based on login, GPS location, and work hours.

  • Late login and early logout monitoring.

• Performance Dashboard

  • Daily activity reports.

  • Productivity metrics like visits, meetings, and closures.

• Reporting System

  • Export reports in Excel/PDF.

  • Filter by date, employee, territory, or project.

B. Mobile Application (Field Staff App)

• Secure Login

  • User authentication with secure credentials.

• GPS Tracking

  • Live location tracking in the background.

  • Route mapping and travel history.

• Task Management

  • View and update assigned tasks.

  • Mark tasks as completed with remarks.

• Attendance

  • Auto check-in and check-out using GPS and time.

  • Attendance status synced to admin panel.

• Work Reporting

  • Add visit reports, customer feedback, images, and signatures.

• Offline Mode

  • Save data offline and sync when internet is available.

• Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL

• Mobile App: Android (Flutter / Kotlin / React Native)

• Map Integration: Google Maps API

• Push Notifications: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)

8. Payment Terms

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights and source code will be owned by Tinplate Computer Training Center after project completion.
